NECK STIFFNESS
1. In the upper part of neck place basis of letter "Y"
2. Without stretching the tape run it, gradually away from the spine bowing your head forward
3. Remove the paper cover placed by the middle of the y- shaped strip
PAIN IN THE LOWER BACK
1. Bend forward, to stretch the back muscles. Start with the I strips from the coccyx and lead it up by both sides of the pillar bone, gently stretching the tape
